About Joni Schumann
The best part of being a realtor is the CLIENTS! I so enjoy assisting my clients in their next home buying and selling step. Whether it's a first home or 10th home I am honored to be part of the process. My first career was in financial services, including mortgage lending. So my years of experience transitions well to real estate field. I help my clients understand not only the home selection process but also the lending process. Sometimes the process is frustrating but I do my best to mitigate the frustration by setting expectations. When the market is moving fast I make sure my clients are positioned to act quickly for the right property. I make sure sellers are presenting their property in the best possible light. I will consult with each seller discussing how to best market their property and if necessary I have many resources (handymen, cleaners, painter, etc.) available to get the job done.
On a personal note, I've been married to a wonderful man for 30 years and have 2 grown sons. Currently I live in my dream home - a 9 acre horse farm in Western Montgomery County. There I can indulge my love for animals; we have a horse, chickens, ducks, dogs, cats and fish in the pond. Life is simple at the Ranch!
