I met Joni in October 2024 when I inherited a property from a family member who passed in Vandalia. Initially, I was selling to a family member and told Joni we would negotiate it ourselves. Joni supported me through that even thinking she wasn't getting the sale. As it turned out, I hired for in early February to handle the sale and she did a beautiful job. She was supportive, resourceful, communicative, and ultimately got me the best price possible for the property. She helped me through a very difficult situation with my family member and made a sad situation of selling my brother's home a positive one. She even handled selling the contents on FB Marketplace and an estate sale. I live in Arizona and don't know how I would have made it through this without her expert help!

So for the whole process it went by quite smoothly there were a few hiccups here and there with communications at times but honestly nothing crazy at all at the end of it we got a good soon to be livable home and it's all seeming great!
